Cheese & Salsa Vegetable Dip
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup soy sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- ½ cup chopped sweet red bell pepper
- Combine Cheddar cheese, soy cream, salsa, green onion and bell pepper until thoroughly blended.
- Serve with vegetables and crackers.
