Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 ounces) black soybeans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno, seeded and diced
- ½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
- In mixing bowl, combine black soybeans, tomatoes, green bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno and salt; chill.
- Serve with pita chips.
Makes 4 cups
