Baked Whole Wheat Pita Chips
- 4 pita pocket whole-wheat bread halves
- 2 Tablespoons soy margarine, melted

Separate the pita bread halves and lay flat for eight halves. Brush each top with melted margarine. Cut each half into four wedges. Place in single layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 8–10 minutes or until crisp. Cool.
