You Choose Parfait

¼ cup vanilla soy yogurt
¼ cup granola soy cereal
¼ banana, sliced
2 tablespoons blueberries
2 tablespoons sliced strawberries
8 mandarin orange segments or small clementine orange segments

 

Place half of yogurt in parfait or serving dish. Layer with granola and fruit. Top with remaining soy vanilla yogurt.
