Taboule Salad

2 cups cooked bulgur wheat with soy grits
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 small red onion
1 can (15 ounces) chick peas, drained
½ cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix together all ingredients and chill at least an hour before serving.
Makes about 4 servings.
