Award Winning Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 package (7 oz.) firm tofu, drained well
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 package (.5 oz packet) taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
  • 1 cup vegetable grillers crumbles
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper

Directions:

  1. Place tofu, mayonnaise, taco seasoning and green onion in blender and mix well
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients. Heat on low setting in mini crockpot for 1 to 2 hours until warm
  3. Serve warm with your favorite dipping chip

Makes 4 cups
