Pear Boats
- 2 ripe pears
- ¼ cup strawberries, quartered
- ¼ cup grapes, quartered
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
- 2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped soy nuts

Place pecans and soy nuts in baking pan, and place in 350 F oven. Bake about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove stems and cores from pears. Scoop out centers of fruit, cut in pieces, and place in small bowl. Add strawberries, grapes and blueberries. Add vanilla soy yogurt, and lightly stir. Fill pears with fruit mixture, and top with roasted nuts.
