Glazed Soy Nuts
- 1 cup soy nuts, roasted, salted
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup water

Combine soy nuts, sugar and water in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture glazes soy nuts; about 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool; break cooled mixture into pieces to top salad.
Makes about 1½ cups
