Crockpot Meatloaf
Crockpot Meatloaf
  • 8 ounces ground beef
  • 1 package (14 ounces) tofu
  • 1½ cups quick-cooking oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup water

In large bowl, combine beef and tofu; mix well. Add oatmeal, salt, pepper, sweetened condensed milk and bread cubes. Mix until well combined. Place meat mixture into lined crockpot and form a loaf. Combine ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour mixture on top of meat, and sprinkle with brown sugar. Add water to the side between the lining and crockpot. Cook on high 5–6 hours or until fully cooked.
