Cinnamon Apple Topping
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
- Place apples, margarine, honey and cinnamon in skillet.
- Cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until apples are glazed and tender; about 10 minutes.
- Serve over Double Apple French Toast Casserole, apple pancakes or ice cream.
