Celebration Patriotic Parfait

  • 1 package (8 oz.) soy cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries
  1. Combine in mixing bowl soy cream cheese and marshmallow crème.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer cream mixture with fruit in dessert dishes, alternating with red and blue fruit.


Serves 4–6

Note: Cream mixture also can be served as a dip with fruit.
