Cake Mix & Tofu Cookies

Modified variation with less oil

• 1 package cake mix
• ½ cup silken tofu
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
  •

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until all ingredients are moistened. Drop batter by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 15–20 minutes or until browned.

Makes 24 cookies
