Bewitching Spirals
- 1 carton (8 ounces) soy cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded colby–Jack cheese
- ¼ cup chopped orange sweet bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ cup crumbled, cooked bacon
- ¼ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 16 pretzel sticks

Place soy cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add colby–Jack cheese, bell pepper, green onion, crumbled bacon and seasoned salt; blend. Unroll the crescent dough; press the perforations to seal, and make one large rectangle. Spread the cheese mixture over the dough. Roll up like a jelly roll; pinch seam; wrap in plastic wrap, and chill one hour. Cut each roll into 16 slices. Place rolls cut side down on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 18–23 minutes or until lightly browned. Stick pretzel sticks into side of each pinwheel.
