Beef Wrap Sandwich

4 (10-inch) flour tortillas (plain, spinach, tomato, etc)
½ cup Bacon Cheese Spread*
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup grated carrots
1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
Spread each flour tortilla with Bacon Cheese Spread; top with tomato, lettuce, carrot and roast beef.  Roll up tortilla; cut in half and secure with skewer. Serves 4.
