Almond Honey Dip

  • 3/4 cup (6 oz.) soft silken tofu
  • 1 (8 oz.) package Neufchatel cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla soymilk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Scrape sides of bowl as necessary.  Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.  Serve with pear and apple slices or crackers.  Makes 1 ½ cups.
