Outreach and Education Stories
As the percentage of the population involved in agriculture grows smaller, the Kansas Soybean Commission works to build ag literacy and trust between consumers and the ones who grow their food. This work includes visiting schools, working with future dietitians, and promoting soy foods to consumers. KSC’s priority is to combat misinformation surrounding the safe and sustainable practices used to produce the crops and livestock that make their way into our food supply.
