Cinnamon Apple Topping

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place apples, margarine, honey and cinnamon in skillet.
  2. Cook over low heat, turning occasionally, until apples are glazed and tender; about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve over Double Apple French Toast Casserole, apple pancakes or ice cream.

Makes 3 cups topping/12 servings
