Award Winning Taco Dip
- 1/2 package (7 oz.) firm tofu, drained well
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 package (.5 oz packet) taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 1 cup vegetable grillers crumbles
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
Directions:
- Place tofu, mayonnaise, taco seasoning and green onion in blender and mix well
- Fold in remaining ingredients. Heat on low setting in mini crockpot for 1 to 2 hours until warm
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping chip
