Chocolate Edamame Delights

Chocolate Edamame Delights
  • 1 cup melting chocolate or 4 squares candy coating
  • 1 cup dry-roasted, salted edamame
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Melt chocolate in saucepan on low heat or as directed on package. When melted and smooth, stir in the edamame, and mix to thoroughly cover the edamame. Drop by tablespoon onto parchment paper. Sprinkle sea salt on top of each delight. Let set until firm.
