Apple Cider Snack Mix
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups corn snacks
- 2 cups corn chips
- 2 cups pretzels
- ½ cup roasted, salted soy nuts
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 5 Tablespoons margarine, melted
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons apple-pie spice

Combine in large bowl, popcorn, corn snacks, corn chips, pretzels, soy nuts and cranberries. Combine in small bowl, margarine, apple cider, brown sugar and apple-pie spice. Pour mixture over popcorn mixture, and toss lightly. Place mixture in parchment-covered 15-by-10-inch baking pan. Bake at 275 F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
