Breakfast Garden Pizza
- 1 can (13.8 oz.) pizza crust dough
- ½ pound bulk Italian sausage, crumbled and browned, drain
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup chopped green onion
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup soy sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll dough, and press to fit lightly greased 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pan. Top with cooked Italian sausage, broccoli, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms and green onion. In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs and sour cream; pour mixture over dough. Top with Italian cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Serves 6
