Valentine Angel Dessert

  • 1 package (16 ounces) angel food cake mix
  • 1 package (8 ounces) soy cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups whipped whipping cream
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries

Bake cake according to package directions in angel food pan. Let cake cool completely. Cut cake horizontally into three layers. Place bottom layer on serving plate. Combine soy cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread a third of the creamed mixture over cake layer; top with strawberries. Repeat with second cake layer. Top with last cake layer and creamed mixture. Garnish with whole strawberries. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
