Double Soynut and Chocolate Bars

  • ½ cup margarine
  • ½ cup creamy soynut butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup soy flour blend
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup honey roasted soynuts, coarsely chopped

Place margarine and soynut butter in microwave safe bowl; heat on low setting until soft.

Blend in sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Add soy flour blend, chocolate chips and honey roasted soynuts; combine well.

Place batter in greased 8×8-inch pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 – 40 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. Makes 16 bars.
