Soy Maple Spread

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. extra firm tofu, blended until creamy
  • 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • dash of salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
