Soy Maple Spread
- 6 oz. extra firm tofu, blended until creamy
- 2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in food processor mixing bowl; mix until smooth.
