Chocolate Soy Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 cup or 2 tablespoons Hot Fudge Topping (from a jar)
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Toffee bites, optional
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Turn off blend; stir and blend again until smooth. Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze until firm. Scoop into serving dishes and top with toffee bites.
