Rustic Oatmeal Rolls

(Bread Machine)

  • ¾ cups soymilk
  • ¾ cups water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • ⅓ cup soy flour
  • ⅓ cup oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1½ tablespoons margarine
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1½ teaspoons dry yeast
    .

Add ingredients in order listed to bread machine. Set to dough setting. Divide prepared dough into four pieces; shape into rounds and place in greased 10-ounce baking dishes or on greased baking sheet. Let rest about 20 minutes. Bake in 375 F oven 15–20 minutes or until done.
