Pumpkin Spice Candied Nuts
¾ cup chopped roasted soynuts
¾ cup chopped pecans
1 egg white
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground pumpkin pie spice
Combine in medium bowl soynuts, pecans egg white, granulated sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Spread nut mixture on parchment covered baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes; stir and continue baking about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
