Pineapple Raspberry Favorite

1 cup pineapple juice
1 large banana
1/2 cup soft silken tofu*
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 cup sugar 

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until
smooth.  Pour in glasses and serve.  Garnish with pineapple chunks and fresh
raspberries.  Serves 4.
