Italian Cheese Bread
  • 1 loaf (1 pound) Italian bread
  • ⅓ cup margarine, softened
  • ½ teaspoon clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup Italian shredded cheese
  1. Cut bread into 1-inch slices.
  2. In small bowl, combine margarine, garlic, parsley and cheese.
  3. Spread mixture on bread, and wrap in foil.
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes at 375 F or until hot.
