- 1 loaf (1 pound) Italian bread
- ⅓ cup margarine, softened
- ½ teaspoon clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup Italian shredded cheese

- Cut bread into 1-inch slices.
- In small bowl, combine margarine, garlic, parsley and cheese.
- Spread mixture on bread, and wrap in foil.
- Bake 15–20 minutes at 375 F or until hot.
