  • 1 cup soynut butter
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milled flaxseed
  • 1 cup vanilla soy protein powder
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soynut butter and honey.
  2. Add remaining ingredients one at a time until evenly combined.
  3. Form 1-inch balls by pressing about 1 Tablespoon of the mixture together.
  4. Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Makes 30 balls
