Chocolate Loaded Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup soy flour blend
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsel, divided
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy flour blend, sugar, baking cocoa, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add eggs and melted margarine to dry mixture; mix well
  3. Add 1/4 cup of each morsels and reserve remaining for the top after baking. Spread mixture into 8×8-inch greased baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with reserved morsels and let set about 5 minutes to melt; then spread with knife to cover brownies.
