Chocolate Loaded Brownies
- 2/3 cup soy flour blend
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsel, divided
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels, divided
- 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine soy flour blend, sugar, baking cocoa, baking powder and salt.
- Add eggs and melted margarine to dry mixture; mix well
- Add 1/4 cup of each morsels and reserve remaining for the top after baking. Spread mixture into 8×8-inch greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.
- Immediately sprinkle with reserved morsels and let set about 5 minutes to melt; then spread with knife to cover brownies.
