Banana Cupcakes with Soynut Butter Frosting

¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup margarine
1 egg
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup ripe mashed bananas
½ cup soy sour cream
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup soy cream cheese
½ cup margarine
½ cup soy nut butter

Cream sugar, margarine in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until well blended. Combine mashed bananas and soy sour cream together in separate bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with banana mixture. Fill cupcake liners with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Check with wooden pick for doneness. Mix powdered sugar, soy cream cheese, margarine and soynut butter until smooth for frosting. Frost cooled cupcakes.
