Bacon and Cheese Snack Wafers

1/2 cup margarine, softened
2 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1/2 cup bacon bits
1 cup soy flour blend
Coarse salt, optional

 

Cream together margarine and cheese.  Add bacon bits and soy flour blend; combine well.  Divide in half and press mixture together and form into two logs. Wrap each log and chill.  Slice 1/8-inch thick and place on ungreased baking sheet.  Bake at 350 for 12 – 15 minutes until lightly browned.  Makes 6 dozen wafers
