Bacon Cheddar Drop Biscuits
- 1 cup soy-flour blend
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tablespoons chopped, cooked bacon
- ½ cup margarine, melted
- ½ cup soy sour cream

- Combine soy-flour blend, baking powder and salt in medium mixing bowl.
- Stir in cheese and bacon.
- Add melted margarine and soy sour cream, and stir just until blended.
- Drop dough by Tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown.
