Join Charlene Patton and the Kansas Soybean Commission September 10 at 11:30 a.m. in the Domestic Arts building for a cooking demonstration. Charlene will be cooking some of her favorite quick and easy recipes. Join us to learn ways you can reap the benefits of soy in your everyday diet.
Have your own recipe that includes soy? Enter in the Heart Healthy Foods Competition for a chance to win cash prizes. There are three categories: dessert, dish or entrée, and quick, easy snacks. Entries will be judged following the demonstration on September 10.
