Chocolate Soy Butter Cookies
- 1 package (15 ounces) chocolate-cake mix (two-layer cake mix)
- ½ cup silken tofu
- ½ cup soynut butter
- 1 egg

Combine cake mix, tofu, soynut butter and egg in mixing bowl; mix until all ingredients are blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Flatten each ball with tines of fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 F for 7–9 minutes. Cool a few minutes, then remove to cooling rack.
Makes 36 cookies
