Soynut Chocolate Ice Cream Pie

1 ½  cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 cups vanilla ice cream
½ cup soynut butter
½ cup fudge topping
½ cup roasted and salted soynuts, coarsely chopped, divided

 

Combine in mixing bowl graham cracker crumbs, cocoa and sugar. Stir in melted margarine and mix well. Press crumb mixture into 9-inch pie plate. Place ice cream in large bowl to soften slightly. Stir in soynut butter and place half of mixture into crust Top with fudge topping. Sprinkle with all but 2 tablespoons soynuts. Top with remaining ice cream mixture. Garnish with remaining soynuts and additional fudge topping. Freeze until firm. Serves 8
