Sweet and Spicy Nuts

1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 egg white
1 cup honey roasted soynuts
1 cup roasted edamame
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup peanuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup walnut halves

In small bowl combine sugar, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and chili powder; set aside.  In large bowl whisk egg white until foamy.  Add honey roasted soynuts, roasted edamame, pecan halves, peanuts. pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds and walnuts; stir to coat nuts. Add reserved seasoning mixture and stir coat nuts.   Pour mixture into a parchment lined baking pan.  Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes; stir and return to oven; bake another 15 minutes or until toasted. Remove from oven to cool.  Makes 6 cups.
