Hearty Vegetable Winter Soup
3 medium potatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped
2 cup cubed cooked ham
2 cups water
1 cup frozen green soybeans edamame, not in pod
1 cup carrot, slices
1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
1 can (15 oz.) green beans, drained
1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) chicken broth
1 package (1.4 oz) dry vegetable soup mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low heat setting for about 6
hours. Serves 6.
