Cool Peach Smoothie
½ cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup peach fruit pie filling, chilled
½ cup silken tofu
1 medium banana
1 ½ cups ice
Combine in blender all ingredients except ice. Blend until smooth. Add ice and blend until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
