Applesauce Raisin Bread
- 1 cup applesauce
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 cups soy-flour blend
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup raisins

In large mixing bowl, combine applesauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar, margarine and egg until well blended. Add soy-flour blend, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; stir to mix. Add raisins, and stir. Pour batter into well-greased 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for one hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and place on cooling rack.
