Whole-Wheat & Soy Pancake Mix
- 2 cups white whole-wheat flour
- 2 cups soy-flour blend
- 1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- In a large bowl, combine white whole-wheat flour, soy-flour blend, oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Using a whisk, mix until thoroughly combined.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
