Tuna Roll-ups
- 1 pkg. (12.3 oz.) firm silken tofu, drained
- 3 tablespoons cocktail sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) water-packed tuna, drained
- 1 bunch green onions, white and light-green parts only, coarsely chopped
- 6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- Optional added ingredients: radishes, celery, pickles, sweet red pepper
- Optional garnishes: sliced black olives, chopped fresh parsley
Mash tofu in large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients except the tortillas: cocktail sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tuna and green onions. Mix well. Spread ½ cup mixture onto one side of a tortilla. Starting at one edge, gently roll up. Makes 6 roll-ups
Note: Also can be served with crackers as a spread!
