Chocolate Soy Ice Cream

  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
    Soy Milk Ice Cream that makes a delicious treat to cap of the day. It has 5 simple ingredients for a tasty dessert.
    Delicious Chocolate Soy Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  •  1/8 cup or 2 tablespoons Hot Fudge Topping (from a jar)
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Toffee bites, optional

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend.  Turn off blend; stir and blend again until smooth.  Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze until firm.  Scoop into serving dishes and top with toffee bites.

Makes 2 servings.
