Parfait Pops
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk yogurt
- 1 cup diced mango (or any fruit)
Directions:
- Alternate layers of yogurt and fruit in a paper cup*
- Insert a wooden spoon or popsicle stick into the mixture
- Freeze for 4-6 hours
Makes 4, 3 oz. pops
*Use 3 oz. paper cup or 12 oz. paper cup for larger pop
