Parfait Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk yogurt
  • 1 cup diced mango (or any fruit)

Directions:

  1. Alternate layers of yogurt and fruit in a paper cup*
  2. Insert a wooden spoon or popsicle stick into the mixture
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours

Makes 4, 3 oz. pops

*Use 3 oz. paper cup or 12 oz. paper cup for larger pop
