Fast, Simple, Addictive Snack

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
3 green onions chopped
¾ cup frozen precooked veggie Chorizo crumbled, thawed
¼ cup bacon cooked and chopped into bits
¼ cup shelled edamame

Combine all ingredients in large bowl; chill two hours. Serve on crackers, pita chips, Melba toast or as a dip with chips or pretzels.

Makes: 3 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons.
