Easy Pizza Dough

1 cup warm water (105 degrees
to 115 degrees)
1 package active dry yeast
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 ½ cups to 3 cups soy flour blend
2 teaspoons cornmeal
½ cup tomato sauce
Toppings

1. Place warm water in
large bowl and sprinkle with yeast; stir to dissolve and let stand
5 minutes.
2. Add salt, vegetable oil and 2 cups soy flour blend and mix well.
3. Add enough remaining soy flour blend to make a soft dough.
4. Knead about 6 minutes then place in greased bowl and grease top
of dough.
5. Cover and let rise until dough is double in size; about 45 minutes.
6. Divide dough in portions for individual pizzas and roll out with
rolling pin and place on baking sheets lightly greased and sprinkled
with cornmeal.
7. Top with tomato sauce and toppings.
8. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 4-6 individual
pizzas.
