Easy Cherry Layered Parfait

 

1 pkg. (8 oz) low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (12 oz) softened silken tofu
¼ teaspoon vanilla
3 T. honey
1 carton (8 oz) lite whipped topping
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling 

Blend cream cheese, tofu, vanilla and honey
together until smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.  Layer in parfait serving
glasses with cherry pie filling.  Refrigerate for an hour before serving.  Makes
8 servings.
