Broccoli Soy Nut Salad

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup lightly salted soy nuts
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 package (12 ounces) silken tofu, drained
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Add raisins, soy nuts, bacon, cheese and onions. Mix well. In blender, combine mayonnaise, sugar, tofu, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; blend until smooth. Toss vegetables and refrigerate.
